PTO
PTO by definition refers to Paid Time Off from Work. PTO is a bank of hours in which Hirshfield's pools sick days, vacation days, and personal days that allows employees to use as the need or desire arises.
Extended Sick Leave (ESL)
To be uses for an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves (A) inpatient care in a hospital, hospice, or residential medical care facility; or (B) continuing treatment by a health care provider
Long Term Disabilty
A long-term disability is an illness or accident that impairs you from working and earning an income for a period of 3 months or longer.
